Each installer on our team has been carefully selected, hired, and trained by the company owner. We do not use subcontractors for any of our projects. In most cases, the same person who provided the estimate will also handle the installation of your shades.

A designated representative from our company will visit your home or business to measure all the windows you wish to cover. They will also show fabric samples and help you choose the best options to suit your needs.

Our usual turnaround time for completing your project is three weeks or less, depending on whether we have the necessary materials in stock. If we need to order materials for your project, the typical turnaround time is about three weeks. We find custom blinds Melbourne can be turned around very quickly but it is best to speak to our team. Please be aware that if we have to order fabrics, there is a small chance they may be backordered. Even with careful planning, materials that appear available at the time of selection can sometimes become backordered by the time we cut the fabric. It may take up to a week or more to learn about a backorder, especially with popular colors. If this happens, we will provide temporary shades or offer alternative fabrics from the same or a different catalog. While we work closely with trusted suppliers, we cannot control their inventory, so availability cannot be guaranteed. Backorders are rare, occurring in approximately 3% of our orders. To avoid potential delays, we recommend selecting at least two fabric options rather than just one. This will allow us to quickly switch to an alternative if your first choice is unavailable.

Our selection of high-quality fabrics includes popular brands such as Mermet, Phifer, Vertilux, and other local brands. When it comes to motorization options, we offer the top-of-the-line brands of Somfy and Rollease. Our team of experts can help you choose the best fabric and motorization options for your specific needs and preferences.

We do not offer financing at this time.

We use South Florida local distributors that don’t work directly with the public.
